1. About the service
BD Sports Booking is operated by AAR-Tech Solutions LLC and helps players discover and book sports facilities in Bangladesh. Venue operators manage their facilities, availability, prices, and rules. These player terms do not set venue-owner subscription or platform billing fees.
2. Your details and account
Provide accurate contact details and use a phone number you are authorized to access. Phone verification helps protect reservations; keep verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you are not able to enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian should arrange and manage the booking.
3. Reviewing and confirming a booking
Before confirming, check the venue and playing area, date, start and end times, duration, total price, offers, and venue conditions. Venue times are shown in Bangladesh local time unless clearly stated otherwise. A selection or verification code alone is not a confirmed reservation: check the confirmation and status in My Bookings. Contact the venue if a booking looks incorrect or is missing.
4. Prices, payments, and promotions
Payments are arranged directly with the venue using its accepted methods. Follow the payment instructions and deadlines shown for your reservation and keep proof of payment. Booking confirmation and payment status are separate. Promotions apply only when the booking meets the displayed eligibility, duration, timing, and usage conditions; check the final total before confirming.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The venue-specific policy shown when you book determines cancellation eligibility, deadlines, and any refund due. Do not assume every venue offers the same cancellation window. Contact the venue to request a change, cancellation, or refund; canceling a reservation does not by itself mean money has been returned. The venue handles payments and refund arrangements. Keep the booking reference and payment proof, and contact platform support if you need help with a platform error or reaching the venue.
6. Arrival, safety, and venue rules
Arrive in time for your slot, use the facilities only for the booked activity, and follow venue rules, equipment instructions, and staff directions. Respect other players and property. Ask the venue about accessibility, equipment, weather arrangements, or special requirements before booking. Report unsafe conditions to venue staff and stop playing if there is immediate danger.
7. Fair use and communication
Do not make fake reservations, misuse another person's information, abuse promotions, harass others, or interfere with the website. Access may be restricted to investigate or prevent misuse. Verification codes, confirmations, updates, and available reminders may be sent for your booking. Reminders are a convenience: you remain responsible for your play time. Promotional preferences are separate from essential booking messages.
8. Service issues and responsibility
Availability and venue information can change, and technical or communication failures can occur. Contact the venue promptly about closures, unavailable facilities, or discrepancies. Venue operators are responsible for operating their facilities and fulfilling their venue services; AAR-Tech is responsible for its platform services. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Personal information, questions, and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how player and booking information is handled. Contact support about the platform, account access, or these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes; review the current version before a new booking. Changes to these general terms do not replace the venue conditions attached to an existing reservation.
