Platform Terms & Venue Billing
Version 1 · Published Oct 28, 2026
PLATFORM USE
Provide accurate business, venue, contact and availability information. You must be authorized to register and manage the business. Keep account access secure and grant staff only the access they need.
VENUE OPERATIONS
The venue is responsible for its facilities, safety, service delivery, published playing prices, cancellation conditions and resolving player booking or payment issues. Keep availability, confirmations, cancellations and payment records accurate. Do not create false reservations or misuse promotional rewards.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & STATEMENTS
Review the current plan and platform rates before changing a subscription. Review monthly statements and contact platform administration about billing discrepancies. Payments recorded by administration represent funds already received. Existing balances remain payable after a plan change or venue deactivation.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Use customer contact information for legitimate venue and booking operations. Protect customer data and do not share account access or customer information without authorization.
TERMS VERSIONS
The platform retains the exact published terms and billing disclosure accepted at registration or by the signed-in account, together with the version and time of acceptance. Updated published terms are presented for acceptance when the venue owner next uses the owner portal.
DEFAULT SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
New venue businesses start on Pay As You Go: BDT 0.00 per month plus BDT 60.00 per confirmed reservation. One reservation may contain several consecutive slots and is charged once. The subscription covers all venues in the business. Player game payments are separate from platform subscription charges.
Bookings entered by staff and bookings made by players both count. Completed games, no-shows, discounted games and loyalty free-hour reservations carry the applicable platform booking fee. Pending reservations do not count. Cancellations reverse draft usage or create a credit on a later statement if the original bill is finalized.
Bills use calendar months in Asia/Dhaka and are payable manually by the seventh of the following month. No automatic card or bank debit is authorized. Plan rates and granted discounts are snapshotted. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next calendar month. Leaving a paid plan returns the business to Pay As You Go while it continues accepting bookings.
Existing businesses enrolled in the default plan are billed prospectively from enrollment; earlier confirmed bookings are not charged retroactively.
